Ideas and Improvements
Hi! We want to hear from you – what can we do to make sure that Scoop.it is the best platform it can possibly be? Don’t hesitate to share thoughts, ideas, improvements, or features that you’d like to see implemented.

Social Buttons
May I suggest that scoop.it add follow buttons for the biggest social networks on users topics so that visitors can follow currators.
1 voteGood point. We already have Twitter but we’re planning to add more: stay tuned.

too busy
the new format is too busy. there are too many things distracting the eye: the new summary of the blogger, the "blogger's insight" are too much noise, especially when i scoopt it to wordpress. just text and picture is fine. you have the lovely colored backdrop and fonts working for you. simplify. maybe add subtle changes, like textures to the backgrounds or new fonts. allow bold and italics. but remove all that noise.

Better discovery options
Starting out on Scoop.it I want to be able to easily see other Scoop.it topics/users etc. When I click on the Scoop.it logo I just get my own profile and the few topics I have started following. Had a hard time finding my way to your featured Scoop.it topics. Would also be good if you could suggest topics based on the topics that I am already following.

New design
Per my earlier note sent to contact support, I hope you will modify the suggested new layout and design. As someone who works in creative every day, the new design with italic font is not as warm, nor as effective as your original design. The headlines are not as bold, the use of italics font throughout the entire text does not allow me to differentiate my content from the "pullout." That's critical in curation. The tabs in the later font really slowed me down because they were not as quick and easy to read.
In short, I hope you may…

The 'add insight' box does not check spelling. It should.

Search or warning
Need a search or warning option so I'm not duplicating scoops within the topic.

New Layout - I like, but....
Generally speaking, I love the new design changes. Faster, better, and easier to navigate. But then last week you did some tweaking - which you mentioned in a recent newsletter.
Because the squeaky wheel often gets the grease, and those of us who are content tend not to write, at least once good feature was made worse.
When I scoop an item from my browser, and get the popup window, I often have to resize and reposition the embedded graphics. With the new design, you had made that easy by having all the graphic edit buttons readily available. Now I…

Bring back the "rescoop" button on the daily email.
I love the new format, but my score has gone down the toilet since you started it. I think it has to do with the fact that we can no longer rescoop from emails. I know I generally click on the link and then scoop it directly from the source, where before I would rescoop from a community member's page.
Please bring back this feature.
Thank you.

Roll back email change
Hi team
the recent change to the email notification is really bad. I don't want to get daily emails telling me 'there's nothing new'.
There's no option to get the previous behavior back (daily email if there's new content from the people I follow) so I have to turn this thing off completely.
Regards
AndreasBtw the uservoice mobile site is really hard to use on android (s3 w/ Swype).

Change daily message to curators and add more data/stats
Hello,
I've been scoopin' for over a year and wanted to say that many of your new product changes are good and more efficient. I do prefer the previous daily message with traffic activity (and small graph of visitors). Your new daily messages look more like you want me to follow other topics. I am already on Scoop and can follow as many as I want. Market to new people all the more and not to existing curators. We know your system, content and value. Also, do you promote certain topics and try to drive traffic to them? Doing any…1 vote -
Flexibility in Dating
At the moment the only option is to "date" a post today, or in the future. While this works in the context of "scooping", it falls apart when you try to place context on content by "when".
Let me explain - I have on topic where I am presenting content concerning the United Nations Millenium Development Goals.
This is an initiative that has continued for many years now, working up to a deadline of 2015.No problem finding material, but I need to place the historical material in context - last week, last month, last year.
Ideally I would love…

Make the "Filter" button and all tags visible to all readers, not just the poster.
When I am not signed in to my account, but I go to the URL for my Topic, I can't see any filter options (tags). Either I am doing it wrong (I'm still new at Scoop. It), or it's not visible to a non-signed-in person who only has the URL for the Topic.

Spam
Please stop emailing me at dellamirandola@gmail.com. I can't unsubscribe because I can't remember my password and there seems to be no way of resetting it. If this doesn't stop I shall have to report your emails as spam to gmail.

Your new website design
Strongly dislike. It is less elegant and less user friendly! Change for change sake is unhelpful here!!!

Better Emails
I sent this email to Support by accident initially.
Why not send me emails telling me I have a certain number of posts to curate on my account instead of sending me generic "Discover New Topics". I don't want to get the same email constantly. It's email blindness, get's unsubscribes for you, and is irrelevant, especially when it's the same email every single day. Currently when I click your email of "Discover New Topics" I get sent to your site, I then have to log in (frustration), and then I have to click to find my topic to go and…
