Prioritize by dragging to the right sidebar the topics/posts by category: important & Less important or any other classification/name
It will help for reading the priority articles and leave the less important ones for later. so even if you don't read the posts/topics on time you can come back and check the priority category/section instead of adding them to your favorite on your browser. the important topics/posts will appear on the top of your page of course.
