How can we improve Scoop.it?

Pay-As-you-go or Pay-per-feature plans

i think that few companyes and persons would be intrested in a ''15 topic'' business plan. why you dont create a ''pay-as-you-go business plan'' so we can pay for a full feauture curated topics according on how many topics we choose to curate.

I'm a non-profit patient education service. I can't afford $79 a month, but could really use the scheduling function. Any way to pay just for that one feature? Or a discount for 501c (3) organizations?

Scoop.it is great! I'm building it into my marketing plan. I don't need all the analysis and custom features. I am willing to pay something to get the scheduling function!

Please offer us something to address this need!

        Thanks for a great product.

Totally agree with all these users. Huge price increase for business - but as it stands now, the business plan with the domain is not optimized for business. There is no way to have one's own domain navigation in the header (so going to the page only sends members away from your site) - and there is no simple feature to monetize the pages. Because the rest of our site is Ning (where there are many places to place ads) - adding Scoop.it pages reduces opportunities for revenue.

for me its the same as the others, l would love a pay-pr-topic plan as l am also currently only curating 1 topic. alternatively you could allow for your own domain name on the pro account.

I've been trying the PRO free test for a week or so, and I don't see much value in upgrading to that level. The difference between the features offered to free and PRO accounts isn't that great, but I WOULD like to self-host, monitize with adds and/or Google...and also have some style and flexibility to integrate with a Wordpress.org account/site....say, $20-per month for up to 5 topics, $30 for up to 9, and your full price and functionality for the full version would be a better tiered approach to upselling this WONDERFUL TOOL!

Can't wait to see what we're all going to do together!

I am paying the full business plan fee for a single topic as that was the only option available to get self hosting. I think it is too high for a single topic (no time or resources available to contemplate every curating more than one topic) and I would certainly welcome a reduction to around $25.00 per month, a price point where I would not be questioning the value of the investment every time I receive an invoice (especially now that the 50% discount for beta testers has expired).

I think this would be good too. I only want two topics but would like full features. I don't want to pay the $79 however. I think this is too much for two topics.

exactly! the price diffrence between Pro plan and Business plan is huge. im not a company but still intrested in the business plan features. and i would definitly pay 30 - 40 $ for curating 3 topics .. but not 80! its only a suggestion .. have a nice day :)
