Toggle bookmarklet box in browser when scooping a resource
When using the scoop it! bookmarklet in a page, please have a way to toggle it so the user has a chance to review the resource a bit more to annotate a description (if one is not suggested)

Dear user,
Thank you for being an essential part of the Scoop.it community and contributing your feedback to help us improve. We wish that we could implement the ideas of all of our users, as your feedback is very important to us. With the large amount of feedback we receive each day, though, this can get quite difficult!
Unfortunately, it seems like an idea you posted some time ago hasn’t picked up much traction from other users. In order to enable a constant flow of ideas, we have to go through and remove some of the older ones.
Again, we greatly appreciate all of your ideas and look forward to more of your feedback in the future.
