I think users should have the possibility to set a date for each scoop, not necessarly today, but also a date in the past (I would set the same date of the article I'm scooping), so that scoops are well ordered in time.

The current layout and style of the scoopit app is not much of a bother but it would be easier to have a mobile version allowing better access to links and such

I've been looking for and business options, but none have found the possibility of you to offer advertising space.

My suggestion "and if you do remember me;) business" is the possibility that we can add publicity, my adwords account by example.

I personally whether via adwords could make a profit would be happy to share them with you via pro or business or "publicity" account.

there doesn´t seem to be an easy way to report spammers, adding comments with a spammy character on comments

For example: Nimble (from Twitter) has joined Scoop.it.

Under sharing you show the full link to the Scoop. It would be great if you could also supply a shortened link. I always have to go to Bit.ly and get the link shortened to add it to tweets etc. Since you shorten it for tweets anyway why not just include it in the sharing area.
